What are the standard depot opening hours?
Most TAG depots are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with shorter hours on Saturday mornings during peak season. Each location page lists exact hours, including extended harvest opening at relevant branches.
Can I just turn up, or do I need to book?
Walk-ins are always welcome at the parts counter and for general enquiries. For demonstrations, finance consultations or a workshop drop-off we recommend booking ahead so the right specialist is available.
Do you cover my postcode for service call-outs?
We operate field engineers across the West Midlands, Wales, the Cotswolds and Bristol. Call your nearest depot or use the contact form on any location page, and they’ll confirm cover and book the visit.
Which depot should I choose?
Pick the closest geographically. Every TAG depot is connected to the same parts catalogue, finance partners and central machinery stock, so it really doesn’t matter where you start.
Do all depots stock both Agriculture and Turf machinery?
Most depots cover both divisions, although a handful specialise more heavily in one. The “Services” tag on each location card tells you exactly what each branch focuses on.
Can you deliver parts if I can't make it to the depot?
Yes. Most parts are available for next-day courier delivery anywhere in our coverage area, and our regional parts vans run scheduled rounds. Order online or call your local depot.
