Managing DirectorBen joined Chris Tallis Farm Machinery in 2004 and assumed the senior role in 2009. He led the vision to create TAG through the 2012 merger and continues to drive the group’s strategic growth and commitment to customer service excellence.
Simon Amos
Sales DirectorSimon joined Alexander & Duncan in 1991, following in the footsteps of his father Cyril. He assumed the senior role at A&D in 2006 and co-founded TAG in 2012. Simon brings decades of industry knowledge and deep customer relationships to the group.
Tom Shakeshaft
Agricultural Sales DirectorTom has 20 years in agricultural machinery sales. After graduating from Harper Adams in Agricultural Engineering, he worked with John Deere and in New Zealand before taking up senior dealership roles. He joined TAG in 2023 and leads our agricultural sales team.
Colin McIntyre
Turf & Commercial Sales DirectorColin was appointed as Director in 2009, with over 40 years experience in the machinery business he brings strong leadership and extensive product knowledge to the Turf & Commercial Sales team.
Matt Thompson
Tech Ops & After Market DirectorOver 20 years in Ag-Tech and machinery. After leading software development at Shearwell Data, he spent 10 years in product support & dealer development roles at John Deere, joining TAG in 2015. Matt now leads our technology, operations and aftermarket teams.
Matthew Blackburn
DirectorAfter graduating in Management from the Welsh Agricultural College in 1990, Matthew has spent his career in the agricultural sector. With 18 years experience within John Deere dealerships, Matthew joined TAG as Branch Manager of Narberth in 2012 and was appointed as Director in 2017
