MSA 161 T Cordless Chainsaw - ALLPRO System

Please note that this model is only available as a tool only without battery and charger. If you do not already have a battery or charger, please make sure that you add these to your basket.

The MSA 161 T is a lightweight and powerful battery-powered top-handle chainsaw with a low weight of 2.5 kg (without battery), making it the ideal choice for fine, precise cuts when working in the canopy. Features a 40% higher chain speed and 15% increase in motor performance over its predecessor, the MSA 160 T.

A low profile, ¼ P chain reduces chain chatter gives a smooth and precise finish. Fitted with a trigger side-lock button for added safety, a large throttle interlock lever and carrying ring for attaching the saw for aerial use. Thanks to battery power, it is quiet in operation meaning ear defenders are not required while working and work can begin early in noise sensitive areas.

Like most ALLPRO/AP System tools, the MSA 161 T is IPX4 rated meaning it can be used in all types of weather conditions. The ALLPRO AP 200 P battery provides the best balance to weight ratio for the MSA 161 T. For longer working times, you can use the ALLPRO AP 300 P battery - although this will affect the balance.

Recommended for use with the ALLPRO AP 200 P battery. Working time with the recommended battery is around 50 minutes.

NOTE: For purchase by certified arborists only.
