Tractor Hire UK has expanded its fleet with ten new John Deere tractors, giving the business additional capacity for seasonal work while continuing to meet customer demand with reliable, versatile machinery.
Tractor Hire UK needed to continue developing a fleet that could meet evolving customer demand across a wide range of agricultural and construction applications, while maintaining the reliability and uptime its hire business depends on. The business also wanted machinery that would be ready to support key seasonal workloads, including potato planting and grain harvest.
To meet that requirement, Tractor Hire UK collected ten new John Deere tractors from Dan Mallard, Agricultural Sales Manager at TAG Allscott. The business, which already operates a large fleet including 68 John Deere tractors alongside trailers, fuel bowsers, telehandlers, hedgecutters, toppers, muck spreaders, slurry tankers and subsoilers, selected the new machines to reflect future customer requirements and the strong demand for versatile, easy-to-use tractors.
The additional tractors have further strengthened Tractor Hire UK’s fleet capacity ahead of busy seasonal operations, with the machines set to work during the potato planting season before moving on to support grain harvest operations in summer. The investment also reinforces the company’s confidence in John Deere machinery and its relationship with TAG, with reliability, uptime and residual value all highlighted as key business benefits. The delivery was also tied to a charitable initiative, with proceeds from the first week’s rental of one John Deere 6R 155 set to be donated to Shropshire Rural Support.
